Yes, you can. For Indiana beekeepers, the new law ensures that the Hoosiers can maintain beehives on property they own, rent or lease, and prevents local ordinances from banning beekeeping.

According to the new law, it says, a city, town or county cannot ban honeybee keeping on a property you own, rent or lease. Berndt says the brand new regulation comes as a few locations in Indiana have beekeeping bans in place. Governor Eric Holcomb signed new legislation that aims to protect Indiana beekeepers and the flying insects.
