Our stainless steel cold knife has a serrated and flat side to this knife. You will want to dip this knife in hot water between extracting each frame. Most beekeepers will want to use the serrated side of the knife. You will want to use a 2 inch sawing motion as you take the capping of from the honey frame. This knife is made to last!
