Honey bees select and collect pollen grains that contain the best protein and nutrients. This product is an excellent item to have on-hand, within your beekeeping supplies, during the winter months.  Bee Pollen has an abundance of protein, vitamins and minerals. Our customers consume bee pollen daily to help with allergies, certain illnesses, and as an energy booser. We suggest starting with a few grains and gradually increasing to 1 to 2 tsp. daily. Bee Pollen can be added to a variety of foods, such as cereal, smoothies, oatmeal, and yogurt. Each pollen grain has a unique sweet, sour or nutty taste.
