Honey bees select and collect pollen grains that contain the best protein and nutrients. Bee Pollen has an abundance of protein, vitamins and minerals. Our customers consume bee pollen daily to help with allergies, certain illnesses, and as an energy booster. We suggest starting with a few grains and gradually increasing to 1 to 2 tsp. daily. Bee Pollen can be added to a variety of foods, such as cereal, smoothies, oatmeal, and yogurt. Each pollen grain has a unique sweet, sour or nutty taste.
