45 oz. Wildflower Honey – Glass Jar

Our 100% pure, raw, and unfiltered honey is harvested directly from the pristine fields and forests of South Georgia. We never heat or pasteurize our honey, ensuring that every drop retains the natural enzymes, antioxidants, and local pollen that make it a true superfood.  Unlike single-variety honeys, South Georgia Wildflower honey is a vibrant blend of native blooms from the lower coastal plains. Primary sources often include Gallberry bushes (which bloom in May), Tupelo flowers (blooming in April), and a vast array of flowering trees, shrubs, and vines like blackberries and tulip poplars.  It typically features a medium to full-bodied flavor with a rich, robust aroma and complex floral notes.  Because it is polyfloral, the taste varies year-to-year based on which wildflowers are dominant. It is often described as slightly darker and sweeter than traditional Tupelo honey.
