Our own local raw, unfiltered wildflower honey is produced from a myriad of flowering trees, shrubs, vines, and ground flowers from our region of the Southern Blue Ridge Mountains. Although always pleasing in taste, and always in high demand in our store, this variety can be highly variable in both color and taste from year to year due to the dynamic weather patterns and bloom cycles we experience in our area.

We never heat or pasteurize our honey, ensuring that every drop retains the natural enzymes, antioxidants, and local pollen that make it a true superfood.
