1 lb Raw Wildflower Cut Comb Honey – Glass Jar

Wildflower honey is collected from diverse floral sources during peak blooming seasons, giving it a unique, often darker color and a rich, robust flavor profile.  Our honey is raw, unfiltered, and never pasteurized to preserve natural enzymes, pollen, and antioxidants. Many customers seek this type of honey to help build immunity against local seasonal allergies.  Cut comb or “chunk honey” consists of a hand-cut slice of real honeycomb immersed in liquid raw honey.  We suggest serving it on charcuterie boards with sharp cheese and crackers, or spreading it on warm biscuits, toast, or pancakes.

The wax is perfectly edible and can be chewed like gum.
