What is a medium super?

A medium super plays a vital role within the hive. In fact, it is a very important beekeeping supply every beekeeper should have extra of.  The honey that is collected by our honey bees is collected mainly in a medium super.  You do not want to be caught short handed on medium honey supers as it will reduce you honey harvesting when it counts the most.
