Contest Name: “I love Mountain Sweet Honey…..”

 

Rules, Terms & Conditions of the Video Contest

1.  Contest entrants can enter one video per classification (Bees and/or Bee Hives).

2.  There is no entry fee.

3.  Judges decision is final.  Entries will be judged, on the following, within the video:

4. Contestants will start the video with “I love Mountain Sweet Honey for their honey bees” OR “I love My Mountain Sweet Honey Hive”.

5. Quality –

  • Content quality – was it clear and well expressed
  • Originality – How engaging was the video
  • Video quality – Clear and in focus
  • Audio quality – Clear voice without background noise

6. State who you are and where are you from:  First name, city, and state.

7. State what type of bee package you purchased.

8. Videos must be family friendly!

9. Videos may be hilarious or serious.

10. All videos must be in English.

11. Video cannot be less then 30 seconds or exceed 2 minutes in length.

12. (3) Bee package prizes ($150 value per bee package) will be a package of bees to the top 3 contestants.  Winners may use a credit toward their purchase      during June 29, 2023 or may choose a new package of bees of their choice.  Bee packages will be shipped in the 2024 season.

13. (3) Bee Hive prizes ($234 value per bee hive) will be a first year hive to the top 3 contestants.  Winners may pick a 8 frame or 10 frame hive.  Bee hives            will be shipped within 1 week of the announcement.

14. The only compensation for submitting a video is the opportunity to be awarded a prize if the entry wins.

15. Winners will be announced on June 29, 2023 during our Opening Day Kick-off Show

17. All bee hive video entries must be uploaded to  https://vocalvideo.com/c/mountain-sweet-honey-video-contest-win-free-supplies

18. Deadline for submissions is June 23, 2023 at 9:00 am EST.

19. Entrants grant Mountain Sweet Honey the right to use, reproduce, reprint, distribute, perform, and/or display the entrant’s project video without further                 compensation or notification to the entrant.

20. By accepting the prizes, winners agree to hold Mountain Sweet Honey harmless against any and all claims and liability arising out of use of such prizes.          Winner assumes all liability for any injury or damage caused from participation in the contest or use/redemption of any prize.

21. Entrants agree to be bound by the official contest rules and decisions of the judges.
