Spray/Drench to lightly wet bees and frames with activated light (1:1 ratio) sugar syrup at a maximum concentration of 1:100 ratio once a week for three weeks to cover a full breeding cycle.
For extra benefit, hives can be fed/sprayed/drenched in Spring.
Hives can be fed up to 2 weeks before adding honey supers.
