In an effort, to assist our customers, we have two ways to get up-to-date shipping and pick-up information.
The first way is to check our weekly updates that start on March 5th on the Education page. There you will find a complete listing of each ship date and each local pick-up date.
After each ship date it will state (On Schedule) or (a new ship date). Rest assured that we do understand the need for us to ship on-time. Sometimes weather plays a huge role in producing great queens and we only want to send great queens to you, our customer.

Automated Phone Update
We also offer a automated update for all ship dates and all local pick-up dates. Simply call us at 706-886-1322 and listen to the phone prompts and this message is also updated each Tuesday through the entire bee season.
