April 11, 2017 Bee Season Update – URGENT

Please note, there are urgent updates for each date below.

Here are some reminders:

  1. We will send you a tracking number through the USPS tracking system. Please note that not every mail man is fond of honey bees and many times it will not show tracking until it arrives at your Post Office.
  2. Please call your Post Master when you receive the tracking number and let them know your bees are coming. It is best to pick up your bees from the Post Office rather then having then ride in a “hot” postal vehicle.

Each date has a local pick-up and ship date. We never ship bees on Saturday or Sunday due to the packages will set in a hot trailer and potentially die.

April 8, 2017 – All packages have been shipped.

TWO IMPORTANT NOTICES FOR THOSE WHO HAVE CHOOSEN FOR US TO SHIP YOUR PACKAGES:

  1. IF YOU RECEIVE YOUR BEE PACKAGE AND THERE ARE ANY ISSUES, IT IS IMPORTANT TO HAVE THE LOCAL POST OFFICE OR CARRIER SCAN THE PACKAGE AS “RECEIVED IN DAMAGED CONDITION”. THIS WILL SPEED UP THE CLAIM PROCESS FOR YOU.
  2. PLEASE CALL YOUR POST MASTER IMMEDIATELY AND LET THEM KNOW YOU HAVE BEES COMING. IT IS BEST IF YOU PICK UP THE BEES FROM THE POST OFFICE. THE POST MASTER WILL CALL YOU THE MINUTE THE BEES COME IN.
