Health Benefits

Honey is an amazing food with anti-bacterial, anti-viral and anti-fungal properties. It’s been known to boost energy levels naturally, as well as to boost the anti-oxidant levels in the blood to help fight free radicals-what a great defense for our bodies! If you have developed a scratchy sore throat with sinus dripping and a cough, honey can help when added to warm tea, thus soothing the throat as a natural cough drop. Our Healthy Honey Beverage has been used by many for relief and prevention. Consuming honey that is raw on a daily basis will allow your body to help you stay well.  Honey is easy to incorporate in your daily diet. Use it in your favorite brewed tea, smoothies, on a slice of freshly baked bread, drizzled on oatmeal, squeezed on your cereal or mixed in with your favorite Greek yogurt.

Here is just some ways that honey has helped:

  • Treating allergies
  • Treating acid reflux
  • Fighting infection
  • Healing wounds and burns
  • Ease cold and flu symptoms
  • Reduces cough and throat irritation
  • Probiotic
  • Useful for the skin
